    WOW. This is by far my favorite yet. Great details–love the shadow on the GI’s face and the kind of minimal lines. Fantastic! I’d love to see the original you based this off of.

    The contrast between the prisoner’s coat (whitespace, lack of detail) and the GI’s uniform (pockets, pouches, belt) is pretty striking — ditto for the bare feet vs boots. Really accentuates the prisoner’s sense of helplessness/vulnerability.
